Most Certifications Don’t Teach You This…
Back pain is the most common issue your clients will face — and most courses barely scratch the surface.
You're told to “refer out” or “just regress the movement,” but:
What if that’s not enough?
What if you could help — safely, confidently, and effectively?

MEET Your Course Instructor, RICKY
With a background in sport, injury, and a whole lot of lived experience, Ricky knows what it’s like to feel unsupported through pain. After suffering multiple injuries and receiving minimal guidance from health professionals, he took matters into his own hands — leaving a six-figure job to study Sport & Exercise full-time.
Now, six years later, Ricky works with everyone from world champions to everyday gym-goers, helping them build strength, overcome pain, and train with confidence.
When he’s not in the gym, you’ll find him with an iced latte in hand, patting dogs and hanging with his partner and friends.
Ricky’s mission? To give coaches and clients the tools he never had — so pain doesn’t have to mean progress ends.

This course is designed for personal trainers, strength coaches, and group fitness instructors who want to better support clients experiencing back pain — without stepping outside their scope. If you want more confidence, clarity, and practical coaching tools, this is for you.
Nope! This course is built for coaches, not clinicians. It helps you understand how to coach within your scope — when to modify, when to refer out, and how to build effective programs that respect pain without avoiding progress.
Yes — 100% online and self-paced. You can go through the modules anytime, anywhere, and revisit them whenever you need a refresh.
The course includes around 4–5 hours of core content, plus optional extras like case studies, bonus resources, and tools. You can complete it in a weekend or take your time — it's flexible.
Perfect. This course was created with everyday clients in mind — not just athletes. The tools you’ll learn apply to any client dealing with back pain, from busy mums to office workers to gym newbies.
Yes! You’ll have the option to join a private Q&A community or email support directly. We’re here to help if anything comes up along the way.
That’s exactly why this course exists. You’ll learn how to take a better client history, how to approach assessments with confidence, and how to communicate without overstepping. It’s about doing more with what you already know — not becoming a physio.
